Gleeku’s, Vol. 1
When I was in fourth grade, I won third prize in the Cleveland Plain Dealer‘s youth haiku contest. To prove to the world that now, more than two decades later, my skills are still sharp, I offer the following collection of Glee-inspired Haikus:

Ode to Puck
Tough, gruff and threat’ning
You’d be a whole lot cuter
Without the mohawk.

Terri Shuester Rant
Eyes like lizards’ slits
Plotting, conniving, evil
Please go away now.

Sweet, Sweet Artie
Kind and huggable.
Loved when Kristen Chenoweth
Spun you round and round.

My Reflections on William McKinley High
Pulsing, vibrating
Post-pubescent energy
Glad those days are gone.

Tribute to Jane Lynch
Never thought you’d top
Your Christopher Guest flick char-
acters, but you did.

the mohawk is what i LOVE about Puck!
